Dmitry Bogdanov has over 17 years of experience specialising in real estate, construction, contract, and corporate law. He advises Russian and international clients on the legal support of investment and development projects.

Dmitry provides full legal support on matters including:

implementation of development projects on brownfield and greenfield sites;
lease and acquisition of land plots and real estate assets;
drafting and negotiation of EPC contracts, construction contracts, design and survey agreements, and technical customer service agreements;
interactions with authorities and conducting due diligence of real estate and construction businesses.

Dmitry has extensive experience supporting major infrastructure and industrial projects across various regions of Russia, including projects in renewable energy, road construction, as well as the oil & gas, chemical, and automotive industries.

He also advises on a wide range of environmental issues, including waste management and extended producer and importer responsibility.

VTB Arena – advised on the acquisition of a building complex for the Dynamo Football Academy.

BATI Logistic – advised on the sale of three warehouse complexes in the Moscow Region to an investment fund.

Kama Capital – advised on the acquisition of Ceetrus (part of the Auchan Group), the owner of over 150,000 sq.m. of retail space in Russia.

Russian engineering company – advised a contractor on the preparation, negotiation, and execution of an EPC contract (FIDIC model) for the design and construction of a mining and processing plant in the Krasnoyarsk region.

Mortransservice – legal support to the subcontractor in connection with the execution of a subcontract agreement for the construction of a pipeline section in the Krasnoyarsk Region.

KUHN – advised on various legal matters related to the construction of a manufacturing facility in the Voronezh Region.

Peugeot Citroën and Mitsubishi Joint Venture – full legal support for the automotive plant construction project in the Kaluga Region.
