He specialises in complex regulatory issues in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare industries, and advises clients on all aspects of commercial and antitrust law.

Ivan also has an expertise in projects involving the protection of intellectual property and personal data.

His experience includes advising both international and Russian businesses on operating in Russia, as well as supporting international activities of Russian companies.

Before joining SL LEGAL, Ivan worked at international and Russian law firms.
