The recent addition to Georgy’s experience portfolio includes complex advice of foreign and domestic clients on Russian “counter-sanction” regulations, assisting them with exiting the Russian market, or, to the contrary, adapting their business to new realities through adjustment of the corporate governance structure, following rules for paying dividends, structuring business with Russian counter-parties.
Prior to joining the firm, Georgy worked at international law firms in Russia and Japan and served as in-house counsel at a major Russian construction company.
