Vsevolod Tyupa is a partner with over 20 years of experience advising clients in the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare sectors. For more than a decade, he has led the practice, supporting major international and Russian companies operating in these industries.
He provides comprehensive legal support to life science companies on various legal matters related to market entry, business operations, interactions with public authorities or corporate restructuring.

  • Philips – legal assistance for medical devices production localisation; support with passing a dawn raid inspection of the Russian healthcare authority.

  • Chumakov Federal Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences – assistance with granting a license for production of vaccine against COVID-19 in South Korea.
