SEAMLESS Legal and SL LEGAL have completed their restructuring

SEAMLESS Legal, an independent law firm successor to CMS Russia, announces completion of the restructuring of its operations.

As a result, a team of partners and counsels based in Moscow will carry on serving their clients in Russia and beyond under the brand of SL LEGAL.

For its part, SEAMLESS Legal will remain dedicated to supporting its clients through its Moscow representative office under the SEAMLESS Legal brand and will continue developing Middle East market through its headquarters in Abu Dhabi (UAE).

SEAMLESS Legal and SL LEGAL remain “best friends” and will continue collaborating in various ways to provide the most efficient client service.
