The Legal Insight magazine has published the results of its annual study – “The CASE by Legal Insight. Best Cases of 2025”, which highlights the most impactful legal cases of the year and their influence on the Russian legal landscape.
The case concerning the refusal to recognise an event as an insured occurrence – in which we represented the Russian National Reinsurance Company as a third party in the OEMK v. SOGAZ dispute – received high praise from experts and was ranked second in the study.
To be included, a case must demonstrate significance for society, the economy, and the development of law.
