SL LEGAL advises on launch of Rosagroleasing’s pilot AgTech project

Moscow, 14 May 2026 – SL LEGAL has advised on the establishment of a joint venture (JV) between JSC Rosagroleasing and the firm’s client, private agricultural company. The JV provides end-to-end support across all stages of the agricultural process – from bringing land into use, sowing, and cultivation to harvesting and crops primary processing.

The partnership with Rosagroleasing, Russia's largest leasing company for the farming sector, will allow the client to significantly leverage its industry expertise and unique agrotechnical know-how, while also expand its geographic footprint and range of services. This transaction sets a powerful precedent for successful public-private collaboration in the agricultural sector. The JV has formed a Machinery and Technology Company (MTC), which is already rolling out a full-cycle agrotechnical project in Russia’s Central Federal District.
